  5. Your account area and your hosting control panelFoxFolio Cloud has two customer areas. The account area at account.foxfolio.cloud handles orders, invoices, payment methods, domains and support tickets. The hosting control panel at panel.foxfolio.cloud manages one service’s website files, databases, mailboxes, DNS records, SSL and backups. You always open the control panel from the account area.Last updated
  6. Open and manage a support ticketSupport tickets are for signed-in customers. Sign in at account.foxfolio.cloud, open Support → Open Ticket, choose a department, select the related service, describe the problem and submit. Replies arrive by email and in Support → Tickets. 7. Give someone billing or hosting accessThe account owner invites people under User Management in the account menu and chooses their permissions. Billing permissions cover invoices and payment methods; service permissions let a user manage services and open the hosting control panel. Give each person their own sign-in with only the access they need, and remove it when the work ends.Last updated
  8. Keep your account email and billing details currentUpdate your details in the account menu under Your Profile. Keep the email address working, because the Terms say notices are sent there and treated as received the day they are sent. Change a domain’s registrant contact separately under Domains, and add a billing contact if someone else should receive invoices.Last updated
