Read and send email in webmail
Open webmail for a FoxFolio Cloud mailbox from the control panel, and set a signature, an out-of-office reply and a new password.
Quick answer
The simplest way into webmail is through your control panel: open Email Accounts, choose the mailbox, and select Webmail from its options. Webmail opens signed in to that mailbox. From there you can read and send mail, manage contacts, and set a signature, an out-of-office reply or a new mailbox password under Settings.
Before you start
- An existing mailbox (see Create a mailbox)
- Access to the FoxFolio Cloud account that owns the service, or the mailbox password

Steps
Open the control panel
From your account, open Services → My Services, select the service and choose Log in to Control Panel.
Choose the mailbox
Select Email Accounts and find the address you want.
Open webmail
Open the mailbox’s Options and choose Webmail. A new tab opens, already signed in to that mailbox.
Add a signature
In webmail, open Settings and add your name, role and contact details as a signature.
Set an out-of-office reply
In Settings → Vacation, enter a subject, a message and start and end dates, then save. It can take up to 30 minutes to start.
What you should see
You can read, send and organize mail in the browser, with your signature and any out-of-office reply in place.
Troubleshooting and common mistakes
- Webmail shows a sign-in page.
- The one-time link expired. Close the tab and open Webmail again from the control panel, or sign in with the full email address and the mailbox password.
- Messages you expect are missing.
- Check the Junk folder. Spam filtering can be adjusted in the control panel; see Fix email that is not sending or receiving.
- Attachments will not send.
- Webmail accepts attachments up to 32 MB. Share larger files by a download link instead.
When to contact FoxFolio support
Open a ticket from your account if webmail will not open for a mailbox that exists, and include the mailbox address and the error shown.
